Returns:
We hope that you love your purchase from Crooked Halos. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 21 days to return from the date of purchase.
Items that are ineligible for a return (final sale) include:
- Special orders
- Personalized items
- Birth Charts
- Food of any kind
- Body Care products
Eligible items must be Crooked Halos bought merchandise in a new, unused state. Returned or exchanged items must have tags at the time of the return to receive a full refund or store credit.
We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
It could take up to 14 days to process a return, if you would like to know the status of your return or have any questions about the process please email: hello@crookedhalos.com
Gift Returns:
Gift returns will be processed in the form of store credit or exchange. A gift receipt does not need to be present at return, however, items must be in a new, unused state with original tags.
Holiday Gift Returns/Exchanges:
During the Holidays, we will extend our return and exchange policy from November 1st - January 10th.
Items, in a new, unused state, purchased during this period are eligible for store credit, return, or exchange.
In-store purchases are eligible for a return 14 days from the day of purchase.
In-store purchases returned between the 14th - 30th day of purchase are eligible for only store credit.
All in-store purchases are ineligible for return following the 30th day of purchase.
