Returns / Exchanges:

We hope that you love your purchase from Crooked Halos. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you have 7 days to return from the date of purchase. If returned after 7 days, store credit will be issued. 

Items that are ineligible for a return (final sale) include: 

  • Hats
  • Special Orders
  • Personalized Items
  • Birth Charts
  • Food of any kind
  • Body Care products
  • Items marked "Sale"
  • Signature Scent
  • Artwork 
  • Gift Cards 

Eligible items must be Crooked Halos bought merchandise in a new, unused state. Returned or exchanged items must have receipt and tags intact at the time of the return to receive a refund or store credit. 

We reserve the right to not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. 

Holiday / Gift Returns:

Gift returns will be processed in the form of store credit or exchange. A gift receipt does not need to be present at return; however, items must be in a new, unused state with original tags attached.

During the Holidays, we will extend our policy from December 1st—January 10th on non-seasonal items in a new, unused state.

All purchases are ineligible for exchange or credit following the 30th date of purchase.
